What is #runsweatsip?

Great question! Well, in a nutshell. We run. We sweat. We sip...

Cortney Logan (@motivatedbymiles), better known as co-founder and creative director of bRUNch Running x the bRUNch Run - introduces you to her newest running adventure: 'run// sweat// sip' - a hybrid community offering (super fun and welcoming) running + fitness focused events, kitschy apparel and merchandise, an amazing community (IRL x online), podcast and oh so much more...

We're just getting started here and we've got a lot of ground to cover no doubt - but like any seasoned runner would tell you, "you've got to build your base before you begin training for your race"- So that is what we are doing. We are building out this incredible community and will be adding more information to this website soon. Be sure to check back!

When and where is your next event?

Get ready to run, sweat, and sip your way thru summer with us!

Our first event is in Fort Collins, Colorado on Monday August 8 at 6:00 pm. at Snack Attack.

This event is free and is sure to be a lot of fun.

WHAT: Come join us for a casual 5k run (walk, skip, stroll, or bike ride) on the Spring Creek Trail followed by a post-run yoga stretch-sesh in park. Don't forget to cool off with us over at Snack Attack and enjoy a complimentary New Belgium brew (+21 to sip). 

RUN: A guided 5k distance fun run along the Spring Creek Trail - feel free to add more or less miles if you are so inclined! We will start and finish our run at Snack Attack. The run begins right at 6:00 pm. Link to route coming soon!

SWEAT: Well if the run wasn't enough for you to work up a sweat, join Lauren Storeby (owner of Snack Attack) for a little post-run yoga stretch previewing her Saturday morning Yoga in the Park.

SIP: New Belgium Brewery will be providing runners (+21) with one (1) complimentary post-run beverage. Please make sure to bring your ID with you if you plan on sipping an adult beverage.

WHEN: Monday, June 6th at 6:00 pm. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and to place your pre-order (if you plan on ordering food- which we highly recommend you do). Placing a pre-order will help us not overload the kitchen staff.

Do I have to "run"?

Nope! While running is a whole lotta fun, we understand it isn't for everyone.

If running just isn't your thing, you are welcome to walk, skip, or stroll with us.

Who can #runsweatsip?

Literally, anyRUN can join us. (See what we did there?) But, seriously. We welcome kiddos on foot or in strollers, well-behaved puppers on leashes, any runner or walker alike. Any age. Any gender. Any level of running experience.

We do however require two things to attend our events.

1. You must be +21 to consume any alcoholic beverages. Please bring your ID.

2. You must sign up through our Eventbrite page to attend. If you don't you will have to sign a digital waiver before you particpate in our event(s).

Refund Policy (Items)

Sorry: absolutely no refunds on any drink-ware or hats. 

Exchanges can be made on apparel (due to sizing) but no refunds will be issued.

Items that are damaged in shipping (ceramic mugs) will be replaced and shipped at no charge to the buyer. However, an image of the damaged item must be sent to hello@runsweatsip.com to ensure that item is indeed damaged.
